We make creativity easy and take the “WOW” factor to new levels for chefs and now to you the home chef. Wagyu Beef with Porcini Mushrooms and Black Truffles Ravioli

Wagyu Beef blended with black truffles, Porcini and Portobello au jus. Encased in golden pasta flecked with a bouquet of colorful herbs.

  • Place frozen ravioli in boiling water and stir for first five to ten seconds to prevent from sticking.

  • Cook at low to moderate boil in a kettle or braiser; or at moderate to high boil in a pot. 7-9 minutes

  • Remove ravioli using a slotted spoon or spider (tongs and sharp objects may pierce ravioli’s thin skin).

  • Option: Spray with olive oil dust with bread crumbs and bake at 375 degrees for 8-12 minutes
